I’ve been a member of F45 Crestwood for over 4 years and still LOVE it! I love the workouts, but I love the fitness community there even more. We have a blast during classes! The owners continue to invest in updated equipment and a clean, fresh space. The studio offers group challenges for every fitness level, and they are supportive of your goals. I love that you see all body types and all fitness levels. There is something for everyone! I cannot recommend F45 Crestwood enough!
Absolutely love the atmosphere that the owners have created here. Each workout is great, and you will definitely feel it after. If you’re looking for a place to feel comfortable, work on your health, and improve yourself, look no further. I love this gym!

I’ve been a member here since 2021. Hannah and Earl recently took over F45 Crestwood and revamped the studio with new equipment and lighting. The energy and effort they bring is unmatched. Great programming and beginner friendly! I love the F45 community and highly recommend this location!
