I love this gym. It easily became part of my routine. The workouts are always different and interesting, the coaches are great, the place is clean, and I'm definitely seeing results. I've had an amazing experience training at F45 . All the coaches especially Coach Jay & Nadia are knowledgeable, they motivate me and always pay attention to proper form . I have made a huge difference in my strength and confidence. Every session is challenging but encouraging, and I’ve seen real progress in a short amount of time. Highly recommend to anyone serious about reaching their fitness goals!
Show up for class. Everything is set up and ready to go. You don’t have to think about much, other than surviving the class! Every day is familiar but different. The coaches are knowledgeable, help you make corrections and push you. The community is really great. You will feel stronger, more fit, more flexible and better balance if you show up with consistency. The results are tangible.
