I have been a member of F45 for about 9 years now. I never expected to love it as much as I do. What makes it so great is the atmosphere of good energy, cleanliness, good music and mostly the trainers who are paying attention and correcting your form and want you to ultimately be your best! I don’t feel like just another number when I come to F45, everyone gets to know one another and is so friendly. This is my gym family and I love spending my mornings with them.
