My wife and I were on holiday from NZ visiting family. Cranbourne F45 was our gym away from home. We attended the classes for a week and the trainers went out of their way to get to know us, support is through the classes and within the week made us feel apart of the community. I would highly recommend!
F45 is the best gym! Sam the head trainer is an absolute legend who is super knowledgeable and so warm and welcoming! I’ve tried a lot of different gyms in my time and this one is definitely my favourite!
May 2026 - Some days I don’t necessarily feel up to going to the gym but I’ve never once regretted finishing a session at F45 Cranbourne. From the amazing vibe, the coaches that give you everything, the people and workout types - there is no way you don’t walk out feeling amazing. For years I thought I hated training, well I was surprised to learn it is more related to the training method than the actual training. What an awesome place. The best caring team and vivid community. Highly recommended.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the moment you walk in, the energy is welcoming, supportive, and genuinely uplifting. The community here is something special—everyone is so friendly, encouraging, and there’s zero intimidation, no matter your fitness level.
