A big thank you to Ryan, Molly and the rest of the team for hosting me whilst I was in WLG for a couple of days. The place has a great set up and the trainers really give off high energy making the classes worthwhile. Will be checking in again next time I am in town.
Arrived at F45 for the 12:30 BENCHMARK session for my first time ever! It was great! Well coordinated, I must say! Well kept and well maintained gymnasium. If you're looking for a fun, high paced gym session, then F45 is probably a good place to start!
