Signed up for the Wednesday 5am class through ClassPass. No one showed up. I left 20 minutes after 5am. Later, I get a notification from ClassPass that I am being charged a no show fee because the business said I missed the class.
The coaches are awesome here. And I made a buddy in my very first class! Great environment.
Amazing experience so far in getting back in shape! Coaches are pushing you but In a good way! Every class is different! Studio is clean and bright, awesome music. It’s never boring. Killer cardio classes like daaaaamn
I just started going to F45. I like how they mix up the workouts and people are supportive and encouraging. It is also great when they take a look at your form and make sure you are doing it correctly so you don't hurt yourself and you get the best benefit from the workout.
Worst website ever. Beyond frustrating to even just login, let alone try to schedule a class and or reschedule! Holding my 10 prepaid classes hostage because I can’t even login. Also, they’re Not on ClassPass, so that’s not an option… And when they were, they would block out all their best class times (Even though their classes are usually only 1/10 full).
