I’ve only been attending F45 for about two weeks, but I’m already so happy with my decision to join this location. I was deciding between this studio and another one nearby, and I’m so glad I chose this one. From my very first class, Shelby and Michael made me feel welcomed and seen. I tried F45 for the first time this week and had such a great experience! The class was challenging but fun and had really good energy. Coach Mike was awesome! He was super welcoming from the moment I walked in and made the class feel a lot less intimidating as a first-timer. He explained the movements clearly, helped with my form because alot of movements i have never done before. He made me feel comfortable while still pushing me to get a great workout in. I’ll definitely be back!
Today was my first day, I did the 14 days for $14, and I had a fantastic experience. I did have some past experience working out which they knew, but they were still with me through the whole class making sure I was ok and seeing if I needed help. I love the hiit style workouts, and I'll be trying the cardio classes later this week. I'm looking for a new home gym - I think this is it!
F45 Coral Ridge, has an excellent facility with great coaches & excellent music. The coaches are walking around in the gym helping everyone improve real time, thank you F45 Coral Ridge. My wife and I enjoyed your class!
