Today was my first day, I did the 14 days for $14, and I had a fantastic experience. I did have some past experience working out which they knew, but they were still with me through the whole class making sure I was ok and seeing if I needed help. I love the hiit style workouts, and I'll be trying the cardio classes later this week. I'm looking for a new home gym - I think this is it!
F45 Coral Ridge, has an excellent facility with great coaches & excellent music. The coaches are walking around in the gym helping everyone improve real time, thank you F45 Coral Ridge. My wife and I enjoyed your class!
100 class milestone today. Scott does a great job running this place. Melissa and Shelby are great trainers!
The workout stations move extremely fast, and sometimes one minute per exercise doesn’t feel long enough to properly focus on form or get the most out of the movement. Also, cleanliness could be improved. After class, members are expected to clean equipment, but there’s usually not enough time built in to do it properly before the next rotation starts. I think adding a little more time for transitions and sanitizing equipment would make a big difference for members’ comfort and safety.
After 12 years, I left Orangetheory for F45 Training and haven’t looked back—better strength training, more variety, and more challenging.
