F45 Cooper City is a great gym, coach Jimmy always takes the time to show me proper form and ensure that I am completing workouts correctly. I appreciate how they push me to reach my fitness goals.
Used my F45 passport, came on a Sunday and did the “COMBO” routine. Great studio, clean, modern, friendly/helpful team.
Found F45 after my workout studio closed. I always look for great ambiance, music and coaches. I found all that at F45 Cooper city! Did the 3 day trial and I enjoyed every class! Happy to have joined.
