Found F45 after my workout studio closed. I always look for great ambiance, music and coaches. I found all that at F45 Cooper city! Did the 3 day trial and I enjoyed every class! Happy to have joined.
I hate this!! Shawn makes this not fun at all!! but it's because of these reasons I love45 Cooper City. I spent over an hour playing soccer with my son and before f45 I would have never been able to keep up. F45 is a classic tale of slow and steady wins the race. No one to judge you, Everyone has the same goal. Make it through the class as best as you can. All the Coaches do an excellent job of giving the right amount of push and support. This is my new family and I love them!!
this place is the worst. They don't allow you to use your cell phone or receive calls like it's school. the staff is rude. The place is very small and you won't be able to exercise well. You just have to look at the coaches and the weight they have to know that they have no idea what they do.
