F45 Coolum is located in a prime position that overlooks the ocean. The atmosphere is welcoming and you participate from where you are currently at. There is no judgment as everybody is supportive and simply wants you to achieve out of each class what you hope to. The coaches are experienced and many connections can be made with others in the community if you desire to. F45 has become an important part of my life both socially and physically. I am so grateful i have the opportunity to be a part of the F45 Coolum family.
F45 has given me constant routine and made it easy to get up and go! With the guidance of the team with correct form that I've been shown , I've been able to achieve my fitness and health goals ....
This place is the most spectacular, amazing, showstopping, wonderful, never been done before venue in Coolum. It’s so astronomically slay and positive one hundred aura to anyone who goes here. You will gain valuable skibidi rizz and it’s so brat Charlie xcx coded fr. Before f45, I wasn’t an alpha and had negative aura.
