This was my first F45 class and I had a great workout and really liked it. Coach Jon was very welcoming and encouraging. The class was challenging (but as challenging as you want it to be) and the other people in class were super friendly. The general environment was very supportive and high-energy. Would recommend this gym!

F45 Cookes Crossing is truly amazing! The atmosphere is so positive and welcoming, and every workout is both challenging and rewarding. Coach Jon is absolutely incredible, his energy, support, and expertise make all the difference. He knows how to push you to do your best while keeping things fun and encouraging. I have learned so much and feel so supported every time I walk in. Can’t recommend this place enough!
I love F45 Cookes Crossing! It completely changed my mind about exercising. Trainers are friendly, nice environment, different workouts (you never get bored), and the community is very supportive. I’m so happy to have found this place!
This is a good place to start your fitness journey. I was not a fan of cross fit until I did a class here!
