Great gym with fantastic atmosphere and coaching. Over three years, two pregnancies and over 500 classes I’m still motivated to show up! Great variety of workouts that you can tailor to any stage of your fitness journey! If you are looking for a gym that can meet YOU at your current fitness level and always push you to improve this is the perfect place to start with a training staff that can help you start from the ground up!
I have tried many different workouts and F45 is my favorite by far! Great energy of support at this studio and the workouts are always changing and keep me interested.
Started at F45 Cookes Crossing almost 6 months ago and still loving it! Appreciate the mix of strength and cardio and the variety of exercises to keep it interesting. The trainers and members consistently make for a welcoming, supportive environment. Highly recommend!
Great class, great format, great trainer. I was visiting the area and popped in for a Saturday am class. Great facility and equipment to get my traditional F45 format class in. 20 stations, 3 sets, upper/lower and cardio hybrid.
