I’m extremely disappointed with the direction this club has taken. Firing the previous head coach was a huge mistake, and things have only gotten worse since then. The facility itself is not being maintained properly. The floors are often so dirty that it looks like they haven’t been cleaned in ages, creating an unpleasant environment for members. F45 at Cooks Crossing makes you feel welcomed anytime. Even when I’m dreading my workout, I’m always happier after I leave this gym. Jonathan and Janet are so knowledgeable they always help me modify when needed. You’re in good hands
Great gym with fantastic atmosphere and coaching. Over three years, two pregnancies and over 500 classes I’m still motivated to show up! Great variety of workouts that you can tailor to any stage of your fitness journey! If you are looking for a gym that can meet YOU at your current fitness level and always push you to improve this is the perfect place to start with a training staff that can help you start from the ground up!
I have tried many different workouts and F45 is my favorite by far! Great energy of support at this studio and the workouts are always changing and keep me interested.
