Loved the class, no fluff. All gas no breaks.
Solid workouts. But the selling point is the staff. Everyone is so kind, encouraging, and fun. You guys have also been able to create an environment where the members themselves have fun and encourage each other.
10/10! This is the best gym ever with the best coaches. I enjoy every single class, and the results I’ve achieved in my body and mind have been amazing. Highly recommend!
One of the best f45 gyms I have been to. I’ve traveled around to a bunch of studios and this was the best one I’ve been to. Great trainers. Clean gym. New and a wide variety of equipment. 5/5
