The gym was spotless. Very bright, and new equipment. The coaches were very engaged and did a great job. Appreciated how they did the demo walkthrough and coached throughout the class. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone.

F45 is seriously is amazing! I have been working out here for about a month now and I have enjoyed every single workout class that I attend. The coaches are so uplifting and I just love the members that go here. Everyone is motivating eachother each set and pushing eachother to there limits OK. LOVE LOVE LOVE F45 🤩
