I wish that I could give F45 Cochrane more than 5 stars! Not only am I a HUGE fan of the way that F45 workouts incorporate every aspect of fitness in a big picture holistic manner that addresses quality of movement, injury prevention, and active recovery, but the sense of community at this location is spectacular. After a few months of membership, I'm seeing fantastic results. The workouts are diverse and targets wide range of muscles in quick span of time. The flexible class schedule makes it easy to fit into a busy lifestyle to stay active. Coaches are the best part of this facility...!!!
F45 is absolutely amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The coaches are top-notch motivating, knowledgeable, and bring such high positive energy to every class 🔥💪. The atmosphere is rad ⚡, the music keeps you pumped 🎶, and the workouts challenge both body and mind in the best way 🏋️♂️🧠. It’s truly the perfect way to start or end the day! Variety of timeslots to be able to work in your day no matter what ! ☀️🌙 Five stars all the way! 🙌
I LOVE F45! The personal trainers are AMAZING, very knowledgeable and helpful. The atmosphere of the gym is very welcoming.
