Highly recommend F45 Cleveland Tn! We were visiting from out of town and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. The vibe was great and everyone from the trainers to clients made us feel like we were at our home studio in Jax Fl. We will definitely be back on our next visit. Thank you guys !
I have been going to the F45 gym for 2 months.. Every day is a different workout! The gym is clean, for me there are no worries about germs as I am a germaphobe and I am very comfortable there. The bathrooms and showers art very clean.. The trainers are upbeat and very focused on everyone in the class or session, and they are happy to make modifications to your workout routine to accommodate your specific capabilities. Everyone there is very friendly both staff and those who are in your gym session.
F45 is so so amazing I love all the trainers at Cleveland location. The whole group is so encouraging and it helps me stay motivated through my workouts. The facility is always clean and everything is so organized. Thankful for my new f45 fam 🫶🏻
Beware. The timeshare of gyms. Membership terms are unbreakable. They use fb ads to create to parties lure you into a contract that is almost impossible to break. It is great if you want to stay there forever. But the second you want out. They will not have it. Their business model is to use a company in Florida for billing. You must attend for 16 weeks straight, with 0 misses and then send it off to Florida and pray everything is perfect or they just deny it. Don't do it. Go somewhere else. F45 gives a sense of community. The coaches are so helpful! There is no judgement just help. Is 7 sessions my stamina has more than doubled.
