Learned a lot! Shoutout to coach Ally and Jennifer for the individualized tips and encouragement to meet new goals in strengthening. I really appreciate the time Ally always took to ensure I was comfortable and understood new workouts.
Went here for a trial class and whilst it wasn’t the workout I was looking for, everything about the gym was excellent. Very nice friendly staff who had the perfect mix of encouraging and not being too pushy.
