The concept is simple: our studios all over the world offer a 45 minute High-Intensity, Circuit Training workout class for our studio members. We have developed 32 named workouts. Functional heart pumping cardio and strength/resistance days. The workouts are created by the F45 Athletics and Peak Performance Department from a database of over 4,000 different exercises, so our members never get the same workout twice. I really enjoy the gym classes—they’re fun, motivating, and a great way to stay active. The trainers are supportive, and the whole team makes you feel welcome and part of the family. It’s an amazing environment to work out in!
Hands down the best F45 in the Tampa Bay area! If you're in Clearwater, Largo, St. Petersburg, or Tampa, this is the one you want to be at. Visited this studio twice while on vacation recently. I am normally a member of F45 in Westford, MA. This studio had great energy and fun, super welcoming coaches! I can't wait to visit again next time I find myself in the area :)
