This workout checks all the boxes! It’s effective, fun and social! Brett and the coaches on staff are a joy to see every single day! Always supportive even on those days you don’t exactly feel like working out that day.. but you showed up anyway! Thank you F45 !
I highly recommend F45 Training Clearwater. The exercises are challenging, the staff are fantastic and always providing advice and encouragement, the atmosphere and music are perfect.
