Joined F45 Clayton South about 10 weeks ago, best decision ever. Sam and Carl are truly awesome trainers. I started as a newbie to exercise and fitness but with their support and encouragement I have gotten stronger, leaner and am more in tune with my body than I have ever been. They have a wealth of knowledge and are always willing to share, all you have to do is ask! They will go out of their way to modify exercises for you if you have injuries, at one point they even gave me my own little circuit so I could keep training ... read more

The members are super friendly and welcoming, and the coaches genuinely care about your health and fitness. I love the feel of the community and being part of something so fun! The workouts are incredible, you can make them as hard or easy as you like! Definitely for all finess levels 🙂🙂🙂
