Just started doing afternoon classes a few weeks ago and they are a perfect way to break up a work day and give me a boost of energy to finish the day and just the right amount of time to do on my lunch break. Already feel it helping me get back into shape after having my two babies!

Absolutely love love love F45 Chesterfield! Moving here from out of state, I was looking for a gym that was welcoming, supporting, motivating, engaging, challenging (in the best way), and something I looked forward to attending regularly - F45 Chesterfield has that ALL + more! Courtney & Stephanie are the best coaches! I love every class I take with them, and I appreciate them always helping me with my form & weight (reminding me that I am stronger than I think!). My only regret is not attending this gym sooner!
I love F45 Chesterfield! Great workouts and fantastic coaches. The owners are wonderful and I highly recommend joining the club. You will definitely become the best verison of yourself training with them!
