45 minutes front to back including warm up. All you have to do is show up - even when I say I'll go easy it's always a great workout. Great combination of mobility, cardiovascular, strength. The owners are people of high integrity and they create a great welcoming atmosphere! Usually they offer a trial class or week - give it a try. I've been able to stay much more consistent with the 45 min ves hour long exercise studios.
This place , F45 chesterfield is magical ! Great couches , clean equipment and superb vibe ! Special thanks to couch Courtney , very kind , highly knowledgeable and humble to teach when doing exercises incorrectly ! I would highly recommend this place for anyone starting a fitness journey like me or already in it and need a professional routine ! Great place !
Incredible coaches, great gym, excellent way to get a good workout that’s challenging at your current ability level.
Just started doing afternoon classes a few weeks ago and they are a perfect way to break up a work day and give me a boost of energy to finish the day and just the right amount of time to do on my lunch break. Already feel it helping me get back into shape after having my two babies!
