This F45 location is awesome and the coach Shane is amazing! I started working out here at the beginning of my pregnancy and the coach was very thoughtful and mindful to help modify the exercises I did. It was such an amazing place to go and keep up my conditioning while knowing all the exercises are safe and appropriately tailored. I am really enjoying this place! The best part is the music and fun filled environment!
This gym is fantastic and Shane the trainer/owner is great! I started going here about a year ago and continued through my whole pregnancy. Shane was great about giving me accommodations and making sure I was safe. Postpartum I was welcomed back with open arms and love getting to do the challenging workouts again. I highly recommend trying this location and making it your gym home!
I cannot say enough good things about this location! Shane is such a personable coach and truly cares about all of his clients! He is intentional with every workout and is the perfect amount of encouraging and supportive! Shane and Morgan truly make this place super welcoming and fun! Would recommend to everyone!!
