I am an F45 member and have been to this studio a handful of times while traveling. I am always impressed. The trainers are top-notch, energetic and motivating, they always encourage me to do a little bit more. They are super welcoming as well. I also appreciate that they keep this gym clean by having sanitizing wipes available for members to use when changing stations. Great F45 location that is worth checking out!
I have been coming to this location for a year now and have been doing F45 workouts for 4.5 years. I have done CrossFit and other group fitness workouts before that. F45 is such an effective workout that you really can never get bored of. The workouts are varying between cardio, strength and hybrid and are 45 minutes unless you go on Saturdays. 5/5 stars for this gym! The manager, Sophia, and Coach Joe were extremely welcoming and made me feel like a member at this location - away from my home location! I’d traveled to Arizona to visit family, and had decided to pop in the F45 Chandler Steelyard gym for two classes over my trip far away from home. If you’re looking for a group fitness environment that will make you be your best - look no further. The coaches and staff here make all the difference. I have visited many F45 studios in my time with the franchise, and this is one of the best. Sophia took great care of me from first contact and when I met Coach Joe, I was hooked.
