I was very nervous to start at F45 but it has been a great experience so far! The trainers are very friendly and encouraging. Instead of dreading going to the gym, I now look forward to working out.

This is a great place to get started and learn the foundation of working out. Also a great place to maintain your fitness. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and encouraging. Love this gym and the team that I workout with.
I love this place! The trainers are so encouraging and make sure you have proper form and will even text you to see how you're doing! I joined for 3 months but pretty certain I will join for another 3 months after!
