Great trainers, and amazing workouts
The staff here are stellar. The facility is impeccable. You can tell right when you walk in to Central Park F45 the team takes pride in a spotless and organized studio. The workouts themselves are challenging, never the same and fun. They team has helped me become stronger with more endurance. That lifts my biking, hiking and 'boarding fun outdoors! Keep it up Kennedy, Julia, Mike, Dave Tom. You guys rock it!
Love the team here and the workouts are awesome--especially big fan of the resistance classes. I always feel welcomed and supported by the team. I was a total newbie to this style of workout and I really appreciate the care and attention I get from the trainers.
F45 at Central Park is such a great fitness studio. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging. The gym is always clean and equipment is in great shape. Everyone is welcoming. The workouts are always varied and challenging with great results. I was able to call this my home studio for over a year and if you are looking for a spot to continue or start your fitness journey I highly recommend you come here.
My favorite gym and the only workout I’ve ever stuck to in my life! Shout out to all the coaches especially Anthony and Griffin!! My favorite workout program!!
