This is an AMAZING gym! Eric, the owner, and his coaches are outstanding. Every coach on staff is a great motivator and extremely knowledgeable on everything fitness-related from proper lifting technique to your dietary needs. The Coaches at Central are absolutely fantastic!
If you’re looking for a place that’s clean, welcoming, and full of great energy, this is it! The coaches here actually coach - they motivate, fix your form, and somehow make burpees seem like a good idea. The class times are super convenient and the workouts are designed for any level. You’ll be challenged, supported, and actually excited to show up! Just do it!
The workouts are hard, but the atmosphere pushes me to keep going. The call me by my name when I walk through the door, and they give constructive criticism to improve your form. I really enjoy this gym!
