I really enjoy F45, especially the noon class, which fits perfectly into my lunch hour. The workout stations are always set up and ready to go, so you can walk in, get a great workout, and head out efficiently. The classes are challenging and well-designed, with workouts that change weekly to keep things fresh and motivating. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for effective, time-efficient workouts.
Great gym - clean, easy to get to and plentiful parking. Always an intense workout whether it’s a strength day or cardio day. Love the clear instructions and videos on the TVs so you know exactly what you’re doing and where. Motivating coaches and community and you never have to worry about fighting for equipment. There is always enough for everyone. Plenty of modifications available so it’s perfect for all fitness levels.

I have been a member for over 4 years now and love it like day 1! I lost over 30 pounds and have kept it off with their style of workouts. I love that everyday is different and they do compound movements to work every muscle group. Coach Stephen and Missy are great people! Come try out this community…you will not be disappointed. -Kim
