I started attending F45 a little over a month ago after wanting to get back into a consistent workout routine, and it has been such a great experience. I love the group class environment and the variety of exercises and class formats. I also appreciate that every workout can be easily modified to your own level while still pushing you to work hard. All of the coaches have been amazing, and because of that I genuinely look forward to working out again.

F45 has been a life-changer. After a long recovery from an injury, the workouts have given me the opportunity to build back my strength and to feel like myself again. Considering the rush between balancing work and family needs, the offered scheduling has many options to find time for a good work out. Missy is absolutely fantastic! And all coaches have been supportive and warm, each one of them with their own individual flare. My sincere thank you to all of you!

Getting to the gym is always the hardest part. Which is why every time I come here, I’m reminded why I keep coming back.. the workouts, trainers (Missy, Anna, and many others) and the camaraderie of finishing the workouts can’t be beat! I’m glad I found this gym and really enjoy it.
