My husband and I are training for our first mixed doubles Hyrox in November and we just took our first Hyrox class at F 45 in Clay Terrace today and it was outstanding! The coaches were wonderful and explained everything so well! The entire time it felt like we’ve been going to the gym for years- We will absolutely go back for some more classes before our race!
I tried out an F45 trial class for the first time and the coaches were super friendly. They explained everything clearly, helped fix my form during the workout, and even adjusted the weights for me. Since it was their 1-year anniversary, I got a T-shirt too—congrats on the 1st anniversary! 🎉
I have never worked out at a gym better than F45 Clay Terrace. F45 as a whole really challenges you with their workouts, and really emphasizes that functional fitness is for everyone.
