I started going to F45 Clay Terrace when my mom joined and the coaches there are so fun and engaging! We especially love when Ashley is teaching a class! She’s so kind and helps encourage you to challenge yourself!
This has been my F45 location for a few years now, but new ownership has done an awesome job turning this place around. We have all of the best equipment now and such a great team of coaches / staff. The community keeps me motivated to keep coming back consistently. Ashley and Sydney bring the best energy!
I love this place! There is no other gym or fitness studio that matches the workouts, the community, the energy, and the dedicated owners, coaches, and staff that all work hard to make every visit an amazing experience. If you’re looking for a gym that will welcome you and make sure you feel comfortable and challenged in the best way possible, look no further!
Feb 2025 Update! I just celebrated 200 classes at F45. I can't rave about this place enough! The community is amazing! I am excited about attending classes to see friends and they improvements in my strength and body composition have exceeded what I thought was possible. I recently joined F45, and now we have 4 family members who belong. Our daughter has been encouraging us for a while, and we finally did it! It is becoming a family affair! It is a great and needed workout for ANYONE. I am one of the older members, but feel that it will really improve so many aspects of my overall health. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We would strongly recommend this location!!!
