TLDR: great gym if you're looking for personal training and community. I've been going here for a few months and I am really impressed. I did the two days a week plan because my work has me out of the state a lot but I wish I could've done more. The classes are really fun and you get a good variety pf cardio and weightd throughout the week. Caleb was the trainer I worked with the most and he was AMAZING. Great gym, great coaches. They really push you to your limits!!
Always leaves me happy and satisfied! Best workout I have ever had
I love the community and support from f45. The coaches are really motivating and help us modify the work outs if needed. I have been going for the past month and I enjoy it. I have been telling all my friends and family to try it out and take a class with me.
