I absolutely love this gym! From day one, the community and coaches have been incredibly welcoming and supportive. I was SO nervous to try a new gym, but I’m so glad I took the leap. I signed up for a two-week trial, and the coaches checked in with me throughout to make sure I was enjoying the experience. Last year I tried 3 other F45 locations within the Calgary area and settled on the Downtown location. Centrally located and spacious layout. The best part are the enthusiastic, supportive coaches and high energy workouts!
The best and motivating training place in calgary ever!
Turns out the success of this studio was solely Lesley! It’s gone completely down hill since she left. Signed up for the challenge, was asked if I was interested in staying on after, by Dane. I said sure why not I’ll stay until the end of the year. They put me into a contract without telling me, nor did they ever provide me a copy of it until I tried to leave where the owner told me to read the fine print, but attending a class you automatically agree to our terms and conditions (that they never shared with me) completely il... read more
