I signed up with my client as a support worker but its one of the best things ive done. Im loving every class, trainers are awesome and so helpful and encouraging. I was so nervous at the beginning but that quickly went. My fitness level was next to none but after 5 weeks i feel so much more energetic in every day life and my strength has increased 💪. The best part everyone encourages the next person. 🙌

F45 Byford - beautiful gym and beautiful people and best place to train. If you are really looking to shed some kilos, then don't look anywhere else. I'll highly recommend the F45 to everyone.
Amazing training staff and very encouraging. Members are very welcoming which has made fitting in and working out a very enjoyable experience. Classes really push you to the limits but is great fun at the same time. Would thoroughly recommend F45 Byford to anyone who is looking for a complete Mind and Body workout.
