F45 Burpengary is a great place to train! Matt is an awesome trainer, very welcoming and has made the place feel like a second home :) highly recommend!

F45 Burpengary is the absolute best place to train in the area. After being a member of quite a few gyms, nothing compares to this place. Highly recommend, great community and classes!
To anyone contemplating starting F45 - I recommend 100% that you do it. I started with the burpengary studio 6.5 weeks ago for C30 and in just that short span of time my whole life has changed. My mind and body are both so much stronger and I feel much more educated on what I should/shouldn’t be eating and ensuring I am correctly portioning my meals and following my calorie intake.
