Spacious studio with well-maintained equipment, both my wife & I loved going to this gym whilst in Adelaide. A strength of this studio is the variety of coaches, all who encouraged us through the workouts & helped us use correct form. Along with the clientele, it's a positive community & we'd go there again in a flash.

Fantastic studio with excellent maintenance and convenient parking. The instructors are outstanding, displaying remarkable enthusiasm and energy. They prioritize proper form, ensuring you perform exercises correctly. The friendly and welcoming community members make the gym experience even more enjoyable. The exciting community challenges add a fun element to the fitness journey. Without a doubt, this is one of the best gyms I've ever been to.
Love the coaches and the members at this gym! Highly recommend 🤍
