I honestly can’t thank the coaches enough at this gym! I was so hesitant to join because I hadn’t done an intense workout or any proper training in years and after having a baby, I lost a lot of confidence being in the gym. But every one here has been so welcoming. Thank you all so much for creating such a positive and encouraging space. I couldn’t recommend this gym more and the best part is, it even has a crèche! Thank you all so much 🥰
