F45 Highgate is amazing , the coaches are so nice, and the classes are dynamic with great vibes and music. Thanks to this studio, I’ve stayed motivated to consistently work out 3-4 times per week this year, I’ve lost almost 20lbs and feeling stronger than ever! 1000% recommended!

This location is a little far from me, but I go out of my way to come because it’s hands down one of the best locations in the Vancouver area. :) Great open space, the people are friendly, and the coaches really know how to make the space feel like a community.

Surprisingly poor customer service. I was visiting from out of town and inadvertently booked in at this location instead of another Burnaby location as the other location didn’t show on the f45 app. Staff at the other location said they would contact Highgate for a refund, on account of the error with the F45 apps I emailed asking for a refund, noting the issue and they declined my refund saying that drop-in classes are non-refundable.
