Staff very motivating and takes the time to remember you and what you're training for. Doing the F45 trial and enjoying every second of it. It's nice to have a guided workout and get your heart rate pumping with lots of high energy vibes.
Great classes and excellent trainers. I've been doing F45 for 3 months now and already down 18lbs. Highly recommend!
An incredible and welcoming community that does not judge you whatsoever, and a safe space where other gym goers encourage you to do your best. If the best you can do is show up that day, that's celebrated too. Coaches are amazing and kind, and will work with where you're at, but they're also really good at knowing when you can push even harder and will encourage you to do so. Great place to train. At first it felt a little intimidating, but once I joined, everyone was so welcoming. The owner, manager, and coaches are all amazing and very accommodating. If you do not know how to do something, just ask, they are always happy to help!
