I had a very unprofessional experience with this place. I was trying to set up my schedule after signing up for the 10-class pass, but the person who was texting me was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I asked a simple question about my situation, their response was “Huh?”—which was both dismissive and disrespectful. Is this really how customers are treated here? After this interaction, I’ve decided not to use the 10-class pass I already paid for. Extremely disappointed.
Been training here just over a year. The coaches are so supportive with blast of energy to get you going. I love they have warm up and cool down. There's great variety of exercises so you won't feel bored. Also, these classes are so effective at loosing weight and gaining muscle.
The location ran an ad in April, I answered the ad for the special, the manager texted me if I’m interested. I said yes, then she gave me a higher quote for a package saying they have a special. I told her I was answering an ad and that the special was lower. She responded that that was for a previous month. I told her I did not think so because I saw the ad this month and took a screenshot of it as well. There were no limitations in the add saying it was for a specific month either.
