I love this studio location! All the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to properly demo the movements and continue to cue and correct during class. Special shoutout to Marat- he is always stressing the importance of getting there early and with enough time to stretch, get water and understand the flow of class, as well as all the movements. Not only from a safety perspective, but also just out of respect for the coaches taking the time out of their days to make us better!
This is the worst and least experienced F45 studio I’ve ever attended. I’ve been there twice and will not be returning. The coaches (Samea and NaNa) were unhelpful and unprofessional, especially the male coach. During a hydration break, I briefly used the restroom and was later pulled aside and spoken to in a blaming, condescending manner, as if I were a child.
