Fun class with Marat ! Super nice trainer.
This is by far the best gym and workout I have been to. All the coaches (coach Momo, coach Nana and Murat, and a few more) are super amazing, and it feels like a family. With 45 mins workout, you get your heart pumping and muscles worked out, and the coaches are always there to correct your postures. And the energy of the place is just fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about this studio! The instructors are truly the best—so sweet, incredibly motivating, and always brings the perfect energy to every class. I had lost my motivation for a while, but finding this place helped me find it again in the best way. I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than I have in a long time. Every workout pushes me in the right way, and I actually look forward to coming in. So grateful to have found this place!
