Absolutely loved my workout at F45! It was intense, challenging, and exactly what I was looking for. The energy in the class was amazing, and the workout pushed me in the best way possible. Clare was an incredible trainer - super motivating, attentive, and made sure everyone was pushing themselves while maintaining proper form. Can’t wait to come back for more!
The classes are fun and challenging. The class structure changes monthly to keep you on your toes. The trainers are fantastic, knowledgeable, and are there to guide you at whatever level of fitness you come with. And most importantly, the community is welcoming and supportive!
Excellent experience! My friend and I were trying new classes through Classpass, and signed up for F45. We fully enjoyed our F45 workout experience with instructor Fahim Khan. Fahim was professional, friendly, knowledgable, and patient. He made us feel emotionally safe and gave us courage and strength to try new fitness routines.
