I called to request info, no call back. I sent a message through Facebook and in their website. No response. Great customer service and “supportive community” that they claim to have . I’ll stick with 9Round, and look elsewhere for a second gym. Thaaaaanx.
F45 Brookfield was an awesome, challenging environment. I was a guest for 3 days in a row! Riddler was my favorite F45 hour long workout of all the times I have been to f45 (in Scottsdale, AZ and in East Lansing, MI). The instructor Hannah was welcoming to me as a newbie and connected me with a gal who had arrived using Class Pass. Functional fitness is king! Great coaching, great environment, and great music! Highly recommend.
I went in today using my F45 passport and loved it! This studio is very clean, the trainer was extremely welcoming, and the member were all very nice! They have a great community going! If I'll be back in the area I would definitely work out here again!
