I agree with the anonymous Calgary review. This 45 Studio Bridgeland is headed for the drain due to the lack of professionalism and the careless attitude in the studio. Without naming anyone, most of the couches feel cheap. When I asked why, one of them said the owner is cutting costs and won’t pay for quality.
F45 Bridgeland is an amazing gym! The staff are incredibly friendly and always motivating. Just when I start losing steam, they’re right there to give me the boost I need to push through. The workouts are quick, effective, and a ton of fun—you’ll burn serious calories without even realizing how hard you’re working. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a supportive environment, a great sweat, and a community that makes fitness enjoyable!
I really enjoy the workouts that F45 offers overall - the 45-minute classes are super convenient and effective, which is why I keep coming back. For the most part, the coaches here have been great: welcoming, encouraging, and supportive. That said, this location does feel a little more clicky compared to other F45 studios I’ve been to. It can sometimes feel like you’re on the outside looking in, which isn’t the most motivating vibe. F45 bridgeland has been an amazing place to start my day . The coaches are very supportive , inclusive of everyone and chilled out. The music and the vibe is great . Coach Mason and Coach Christina Coach Kevin are always encouraging and keep you going . The Saturday crew, Coach House and Coach Mel bring in a positive energy and make sure you are pushing through and giving your best .
