Been here slightly over a month...this gym meets all my needs. The trainers are very helpful nice and fun people. I like it that there is less use stationary equipment. Good classes, equipment...weight bags,bars,ropes... I have returned to this studio after being away for 3 months...still loving it.
I love F45 Bridgeland gym and staff sooo much. LC, Mason, Kevin and Ryan are very very nice and fun to work with. They are the coaches during the times that I do my workouts. Not to mention all the staff at this location is so helpful. The owners are so friendly and fun having around. F45 keeps me going and makes me feel motivated everyday. It's like having a family outside home. Everyone is supportive and makes you feel motivated. Today was my first time at the F45 in Bridgeland and I was really impressed. The trainers were helpful and fixed up my posture while lifting and the community cheering eachother on was a nice addition. I signed up for the 6 months and am excited to be back.
Great spot for weight training, resistance training! coach Ryan is very helpful with form and tips to maximize your workout without straining and hurting yourself, good variety of exercises, if you're looking for weight/strength training without having to come up with your own program/exercises, this is a great spot, albeit a little pricey, but similar to other studio type workouts
