Today was my first time at the F45 in Bridgeland and I was really impressed. The trainers were helpful and fixed up my posture while lifting and the community cheering eachother on was a nice addition. I signed up for the 6 months and am excited to be back.

Great spot for weight training, resistance training! coach Ryan is very helpful with form and tips to maximize your workout without straining and hurting yourself, good variety of exercises, if you're looking for weight/strength training without having to come up with your own program/exercises, this is a great spot, albeit a little pricey, but similar to other studio type workouts

Schedules are really fitting a 9-5 workers schedule, really good coaches that spot and give feedback throughout the class. Also made good modifications to account for injuries

I've had a great experience here. The coaches are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has everything I need for a good workout. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivates me to keep training. I highly recommend this gym!

I highly recommend checking out this studio! I’ve visited a lot of F45 locations over the years and this is easily one of the best. The workouts are challenging, fun and good for all fitness levels and goals. What really sets this studio apart is the community. The owners are incredibly hands on and genuinely care about their members. They take the time to get to know everyone and that culture carries through to the coaching team.
