My wife and I visited your location today. It wasn’t my first time, but it was my wife’s first—and she absolutely loved it. As always, I had a great experience too. I wanted to give a shout-out to both coaches, Sayna and Ashly. They were fantastic. I visit different F45 locations all the time, and yours continues to stand out. Well done, and keep up the amazing work!

I love coming to F45 (Bridgeland) when I travel to Calgary. The gym is easily accessible by train or rideshare from downtown. It’s also clean, the weights and facilities are well maintained and the coaches are some of the best I’ve worked with. Coaches Mason, Christina and Kevin are all encouraging, provide helpful feedback and push you to have a strong workout. I highly recommend F45 and definitely this location!
