Great place to workout with great instructors!
This is definitely a love hate relationship. I love the short 45 minute classes and the trainers! There's always different kinds of workout routines so it's not repetitive. The trainers are full of energy, happy to be there and provide the support and torture that you need. I love how they go around and correct your form but also push you to lift heavier or to go faster...especially those damn cardio days. They know you can do it and you know you can do it too! Absolute beauty of a gym. Unreal Coaching and the F45 Bridgeland community makes it way too easy to keep coming back. Killer workouts, unreal energy, and the kind of place that makes getting absolutely humbled feel fun, they somehow made getting completely bagged feel like a good time. Came to get in shape, stayed because apparently I now enjoy being publicly humbled before 7am. 5 stars all day.

I almost died here but the amazing coaches corrected my form and encouraged me to push through my weakness to complete class after class (yes, even on Cardio days). I physically feel like I’m 30 again and seeing some amazing results. Update - a year and a half since I found my F45 family and couldn’t imagine a life without them. Try the 2 week trial. You won’t regret it!
