The owners are dishonest and have lost numerous,numerous members and have fired several employees without reason. Members have left due to the dishonesty of these owners. I would not recommend joining this location. F45 workouts are great but each location is owned separately. Please be aware and be advised of this particular location.
Love this studio! I've been consistently attending classes starting 10 months ago shortly after I broke my leg. Coach Max is the best and accommodates all of our needs.
I've been going here over a year and I'm still loving it. The coaches are awesome and keep the workouts fun and challenging. You get an awesome workout in 45 minutes that would take twice as long at a normal gym. You get a full body workout, and get to do even the excercises you don't like. At first didn't think an old guy like me could hang with these guys, but I do. You can go at your own pace and the coaches will make exercise mods as needed, plus you can have a heart monitor with your stats on the screens around the gym ... read more
Best gym ever coaches are the best family atmosphere.
This is my happy place even when workouts are challenging, I am always happy I made it. The workouts keep me on my toes and I love how motivating all the coaches are! Again, my happy place.
