I recently moved to Texas and knew only a few people. A friend of mine suggested trying out F45. Coaches Zeus and Kenna were very warm and welcoming, and I felt like I found my people there. I was fortunate enough not only to meet them but also to coach Kristen. They are always supportive and ensure that you’re performing each workout correctly to avoid injury. F45 has changed my life, and I am extremely grateful I started.
Jesus and the team are top notch. Great workout and fantastic culture over there. Place is super clean, trainers are attentive and tge workout is great. Highly recommend.
This place is amazing. All different levels of fitness can come and feel accepted and grow. No shame or judgement. Be yourself and go at your own pace. The coaches are fantastically supportive and the members are friendly. I have never worked out in a gym for fear being seen as weak. But now, I feel stronger than ever. Just being consistent is key.
