I joined a little over a month ago and absolutely love this place! The coaches are great, super encouraging and ready to meet you where you’re at. It’s a fun community to be a part of.
This is by far the best F45 in the area! The facility is clean with a complete equipment refresh recently. The trainers are engaged every class and keep pushing you. The community is also so supportive!
My wife and I were going to try out the Breckinridge gym on a Sunday because it was the only gym in the area with Sunday classes and we both were going to use a passport for the visit. For those new to a F45 gym, the passport is included with your membership and allows you to visit a different F45 gym. It was the first time I’ve used a passport pass, but my wife has used them several times before. Used to workout and work here. Classes are good because of the format but each studio is different because of the ownership: This particular F45 is owned by a husband & wife who only seek profit. They hire & fire and constantly seek ways to make themselves money. You can see how many members they have lost due to cruel decisions to let go of loyal employees who only helped them succeed. However, they gave employees 0-1 days notice of dropping their working hours from 25-30 hours a week down to 2 hours a week. I hope they go ... read more
