Really enjoyed this workout! The coaches were awesome. really took the time to understand my previous injuries and physical limitations, and then worked with me throughout the session to adapt the exercises. Great workout, good pace, great facility.
I’ve only been twice so far, but I’ve been really impressed. The workouts are great full-body workouts that leave you feeling like you got a solid workout while also building strength. The coaches have been energetic, encouraging, and very helpful with correcting form to make sure you’re doing each movement properly. Looking forward to coming back!
I decided to try something different this time and purchased a 5:30 PM class. I regretted it and even left 5 minutes after it started. The instructor explained the stations too quickly and I only understood half of what she said. The gym was overcrowded to the point that 5 people behind me couldn't even do the warm up exercises safely. The lady next to me almost hit my face too. Wonderful F45 Studio! Coaches are very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The studio is larger with a good separation between waiting room and workout area. Perfect temp. Clean & fully stocked bathroom. We'll be back!
