I have been doing F45 for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it!! The instructors are amazing and the classes are a great workout. I always feel so good leaving there and I intend to keep going back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new workout class.
Best work out and routine ever
Been with F45 family for 4 years now. Great fitness community in East Boca. Love the functional part of it as working a great amount of muscle groups during a class while learning new skills. There are resistance, cardio and hybrid days.
