Just moved to the area and tried a few gyms and this f45 was one of them. Purchased the 3 for 30 trial online and came in. After the manager started talking to me she said it’s for new f45 members only (I told them that I work out at an f45 in a different state) and that I couldn’t partake in the offer. best place ever, great environment and energy and i’m in amazing shape!!
Bigger than average studio which allowed for more space per station. Well run, very clean. Trainer was excellent and studio manager was attentive and hard-working.
This gym was fantastic. Besides the fact that I LOVE F45. I found this specific location to be super friendly and the coach Rebecca was so fun and helpful! Would definitely come back and highly recommend!
