Came here using the f45 passport. Took classes Coaches Rebeca and Zach. Both were very friendly and welcoming. They provided great instruction and positive encouragement. This is a great studio and would encourage anyone wanting to take fitness classes to consider this gym.
Love this place and all coaches! F45 helped me kickstart my fitness journey and now two years later I'm down 30 pounds and feeling better than ever. Couldn't recommend this location enough.
I come here every time I'm in Boca (couple times a year). Coaches are friendly and welcoming, great music and brand new equipment, super clean. Appreciate that they provide towels as not all locations do. Would recommend!
Great place to work out. Was in Boca Raton to visit family and went to a class at this F45. Rebecca was a great coach and the set up is perfect for an F45 studio. Great location in Boca too.
