I have been training at F45 Blue Mountain since September 2024, and it has been nothing short of amazing. The coaches are amazing !! They are incredibly motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your progress. The workouts are always challenging, fun, and never the same, so there is no chance of getting bored. What I liked best it the community atmosphere. Everyone is supportive and welcoming, which makes showing up every day something I truly look forward to. I highly recommend it.

Great location, great program, very digestible amounts of work. Rapid changes in activities makes time fly. All the employees are real / down to earth and inspiring. Highly recommend.
I love F45 blue mountain! The trainers are all so encouraging and fun to workout with. The whole environment is very empowering and supportive, regardless of where you are at in your fitness journey. Previously my fitness regime was mostly yoga + walking.. and I have loved integrating F45 into my routine!!
I was in town visiting, and noticed F45 on Class Pass! I stopped by for a class with a Coach Mareka, and truly enjoyed it - such an effective and impactful workout! I loved how attentive and motivational the staff was. As a newcomer, they made sure I knew exactly what to do at each station and always came by to ask if I had any questions or to share suggestions on how I can improve my form. Will definitely be back again!
