OMG the first thing I’ve ever achieved 100 of. F45 is such a fun and inclusive workout. I’ve made friends , formed a healthy routine and I def see results . The trainers are amazing ! Love them all. Give it a try - you won’t regret it !
I signed up for the 7 day trial, booked my first class but had to cancel due to car issues. I was also quite apprehensive about going as I am new to this type of training. Both Mike and Chris reached out to me a few times to check in , and answer any questions and concerns that I had. They were great, helpful and reassuring to ease my apprehension. The community is what makes F45 special. The coaches learn your name, encourage you, and celebrate your wins. The members are friendly and supportive, no matter your level! Highly recommend
Joined in May and this is the only fitness type I have been able to stick to! I travel a lot and love the passport mode yet nothing beats the community here, they are motivating, fun, local to collingwood area and really have helped during injuries and get me towards my goals. Love how the classes change, push you where it is needed and truly happy that I have found F45 and specifically this training club! Highly recommend!
