I only went this morning because the intro package was $15 so cheap. Why would I say no it’s right across the street from my favorite Jim Planet Fitness class changed my life I’m a lifelong member. F45 has quickly become my favorite gym over the last few months. Knowledgeable instructors, challenging workouts, and an incredibly supportive community! There is a wide variety of workouts so you're never bored and constantly pushing yourself to get stronger. Highly recommend!
Dominique is the best trainer! She has a bachelors in kinesiology backing her effective training. Not one of those wanna be personal trainers with no actual knowledge. Incredibly impressed with her administrative professionalism as well. Highly recommend coming to this gym to take her classes specifically.
Love this F45! They will get you into shape and the trainers are so kind and encouraging! Come join!
