Lewis and Olivia are fun high energy trainers! 😊 I joined for a special breast cancer awareness charity seasion today and really enjoyed it. Professional guidance and supportive supervision makes for safe fun training with these guys. I’ll be back! 💪🥰
The trainers are amazing and create a great culture with the staff and members. The crèche is a brilliant service too! It is a brilliant atmosphere and it really motivates you to become fitter and stronger. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Definitely the best thing I did was join!
welcoming environment, trainers who help and welcome us, all my experiences at the studio are wonderful! The training is dynamic and intuitive, for all levels and all types of disposition! I highly recommend the F45!

Not reasonable when terminating membership. I was left with a bill of $800 to exit a contract (because I had to move due to rental options) and no compromise at all. Be careful signing up. Unreasonable exit penalties of a contract!
