Great community in a fabulous location, recommended as the best F45 on the sunny coast
Consistently training at F45 has been a non-negotiable for me for the last 7 years. I have been to a number of studios and Birtinya is physically the biggest, cleanest and best maintained. I love how the trainers set me challenges during the sessions which push my limits. I love the variety and don't have to think about what I'm doing, I just need to turn up and am guaranteed to have an epic workout!
Without a doubt joining this community has been the best decision! Trainers are second to none, forever encouraging and always trying to help you to reach your maximum potential. At 42 I am the most comfortable I’ve ever been in my own body and absolutely love training and getting the best results. Thanks guys, so happy I found you ❤️
When we moved to the Sunshine Coast we worried that we'd never be able to replace the awesome vibe at our old gym...but how wrong could we be!!! The Birtinya crew are amazeballs! So here are the benefits of being at F45 Training Birtinya: Location - if you are within 15-20km of Birtinya, it's so easy to get there and there is loads of undercover parking.
