Sometimes I like to workout without being documented for social media. I’ve told the trainers multiple times to not record me for content yet they have posted content of me without my permission and then they are texting me wondering why I never show up to class. Not everyone chooses to publicize their work outs. This isn’t for the manager, I usually workout in the mornings and he’s super good at recording around the members who have asked for privacy
This is the best workout studio I've ever been to and I've tried many! It's a clean and spacious gym and the workout itself is challenging. The best part about this place is Nate, the lead trainer! He is so friendly, engaging, helpful, and makes you feel welcomed every time. Thank you Nate! I can't wait to be back.
