The staff at F45 BelMar are the best!! They look after you, make sure you’re using correct technique and are just a great bunch of people.
I've been doing F45 for 5 years and 3 years at this location. This year the gym has gone completely downhill. The coaches are great but the management is destroying it. They no longer host monthly social gatherings and now they just reduced them gym footprint by 30%. The space is TINY and way too many people. You don't have any way to lift without hitting the person next to you. I don't recommend a membership at this location due to the size and lack of community, find a different location!
