Love f45 Belmar workouts! The Coaches are encouraging and positive and the workouts constantly change so you are never bored. Highly recommend if you want to get in shape/strong!
The past few months I have been coming here have been amazing! I love the different workouts. They really push you and help you stay fit but in a functional way as opposed to just weight lifting. The people and the atmosphere are great too!

After a long pause due to injury, I finally hit my 100 class milestone with these awesome coaches and members of F45 Belmar! The coaches are all amazing, are mindful that I am still in recovery, and are quick with a modification or check in to see how it’s going with my knee and the exercises.
