This place is the best most efficient workout I’ve ever done! F45 is a game changer and I’m still hooked three years after starting my journey. I moved here from NJ and wanted to find a fitness community here in CO. I’ve tried out a few places but I felt accepted and at home here at F45 in Belmar. The coaches and the other members are so uplifting and welcoming. I am happy I came to try it out and now a member.
I started F45 classes 6 months ago and I've attended about 100 classes between various studios. I started at a different location that shut down and absolutely followed Head Coach Luis to this location. I even pass by other locations and definitely drive out of my way for this location! Since this becoming my home studio for about 3 months now, I can confidently say ALL of the coaches are amazing.
