I was an OrangeTheory member off and on for 10 years, when they closed the Belmar location it made it too difficult for me to get to class so I switched to F45 Belmar and have been attending 4-5 days a week for about 5 months now. I’m so glad I made the switch, the coaches are amazing, motivating, and they push you to your true potential. Clean facility, friendly and charismatic coaches, and good vibes overall. Workouts are high paced but flexible based on abilities / injuries. Very excited to be part of the F45 community.
I've always had great workouts here. Coach Luis is attentive and pushes me every time!
Highly recommend this studio! I’ve been a member for years. The coaches are all amazing and the convenient class times make it easy to fit a workout in.
