I'm really enjoying F45 Belmar. The classes are challenging and definitely improve your overall fitness (strength & cardio). It's a great option for women in their 40s looking for a strength training option that isn't intimidating. The coaches are knowledgeable, kind, and always helpful. There's lots of variety in classes so it never gets repetitive. Lots of ample, free garage parking, too. Highly recommend!
Love f45 Belmar workouts! The Coaches are encouraging and positive and the workouts constantly change so you are never bored. Highly recommend if you want to get in shape/strong!
The past few months I have been coming here have been amazing! I love the different workouts. They really push you and help you stay fit but in a functional way as opposed to just weight lifting. The people and the atmosphere are great too!
The community at this gym is truly the best! The workouts are effective and fun. Love it!
