I did a trial with the F45 guys, not sure what I was getting myself into and next minute I’ve been a member for 6 months & it’s become a huge part of my life. I’ve achieved things I never thought I was capable of because the trainers are so encouraging, helpful & motivating. I’ve made friends & most of all it’s made me incredibly motivated & the best version of myself. F45 is genuinely the best part of my day. No other gym has given me motivation like f45! It’s so easy to stay committed when everything’s done for you, I don’t have to think about what workouts I’m doing, I don’t have to get all the equipment out or put it away either, everything is set up and ready so it makes a trip to the gym stress free! On top of this the trainers are so encouraging and supportive and are always friendly and approachable, they push me to go harder and reach PBS every week.
