F45 delivers an incredible workout. It pushes me to show up as my best self, and every session can be tailored to your own level so you’re always challenged in the right way.
I have been going to F45 since November 2025, it has been life changing! The coaches are fantastic and really care about the progress we are making. They have personally helped me understand dietary changes I make and various modifiers for movements when needed. The workouts are challenging and frequently change which keeps you engaged! Highly recommend if you are looking for fast paced, group classes that have a personal touch.
F45 has been my home away from home for 3.5 years. The friendships I've built with my workout buddy's will last a lifetime and being a part of this lifestyle daily is my number 1 non negotiable. I love this and the coaches like they're my family.
