I’ve been going to F45 since May 2025, and it’s been such a big help in my weight loss journey. I love that I can get an effective workout in and be in and out in just 45 minutes — it makes staying consistent so much easier. Every coach is knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, and the workouts always push me in the best way. I’ve also made some amazing friendships here, which makes it even more special. Highly recommend! 💪
