F45 has been such a blessing for me. You will be welcome immediately by Kayla. Classes will challenge you, but are fun. Each Coach brings their unique techniques into each class to help push you or modify the workout. Shoutouts to Carly, Sean,and Jazz who have pushed me and assisted me with improving my fitness, endurance, and strength.
I was visiting the area and used the passport program. They were very accommodating. It was during the holidays. The class was challenging, the coaches were motivating and at some point realized I needed a spot--didn't even have to ask. Great spot to make a regular gym as well

Been going to Bandera Pointe F45 for almost a year now with my wife and we truly love the gym! All the coaches are so motivating, care for each member, and make the place feel like a family. We’re constantly pushing ourselves and achieving our goals with this gym. If you are looking to lose weight, get stronger, and be the best version of yourself. This gym is for you.
⸻ I really enjoy working out here! The gym has a unique setup where you get one-on-one attention from the trainers, but still benefit from the energy of a group environment. The workouts are always different, so it never feels repetitive, and they consistently challenge me to push myself. I also appreciate how flexible the schedule is—it makes it easy to stay consistent. Overall, it’s a supportive and motivating place to train.
