I LOVE F45 Bandera pointe. You can’t beat the atmosphere and the coaches. Everyone motivates each other and we all celebrate the wins. It is my favorite part of the day. I can come here to unwind and detach from the everyday stresses. It’s just me against me.
I’ve been going to F45 since June 2024. I love this place! Everyday is something different and I never have to worry if I’m doing something wrong because there is always a couch there to help. I’m definitely stronger than I’ve ever been.
I have been loving this gym! I’m so glad I made the decision to join at the beginning of October. The coaches are very motivating and it’s been a great experience watching myself grow stronger every week. I would definitely recommend. If you’re thinking of joining you will not regret investing in yourself.
