Been going to Bandera Pointe F45 for almost a year now with my wife and we truly love the gym! All the coaches are so motivating, care for each member, and make the place feel like a family. We’re constantly pushing ourselves and achieving our goals with this gym. If you are looking to lose weight, get stronger, and be the best version of yourself. This gym is for you.
⸻ I really enjoy working out here! The gym has a unique setup where you get one-on-one attention from the trainers, but still benefit from the energy of a group environment. The workouts are always different, so it never feels repetitive, and they consistently challenge me to push myself. I also appreciate how flexible the schedule is—it makes it easy to stay consistent. Overall, it’s a supportive and motivating place to train.
This place will give you by far the best workout, but on top of that it also provides a great community to grow in.
I love the F45 at Bandera. Feels like family and everyone supports one another, both coaches and the peeps who work out there! Also seeing great results from staying consistent with workouts. Highly recommend!
