This place is amazing! I'm fairly new here to F45 in Balwyn (used to train at another F45 studio a while back) but I can tell it's got a great community feel. Bec and Mark are very knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and clearly understand exercise science principles, they come around and help you with your technique plus thoroughly explain and demonstrate the purpose of the exercise. I started at F45 Balwyn when it opened 5 years ago. The workouts are great and ever challenging. The trainers are knowledgeable and the sense of community is great. Bec is definitely one of my favourites. Unfortunately Mark and Jo have different rules for people of diverse backgrounds / older people. Ageism/ racism is definitely rife in this studio. Being on the receiving end of their vile bullying behaviour has definitely been one of my worst experiences.
