F45 has been a great addition to my routine! Since moving to Florida, F45 has helped me maintain my fitness level and also build a community of like minded people that I resonate with. Coaches like Jazmine have also helped me feel welcomed and pushing me to do my best during the classes! Thanks F45!
Started going to F45 a few months ago, wasn't sure if I was going to like it since I'm used to a normal commercial gym and wasn't really used to group fitness, but I ended up liking it SO much, it's such a good workout and it's a great way to meet people too. I love love love when Jasmine and Rey are there coaching, they're the best. They always have high energy and just make the workout super fun. So glad I joined !!
Coach Pedro and James are the best of the best. Always correcting form and pushing you to work harder. Love the equipment at this specific location. No other F45 out of the dozen I’ve attended has the amount of equipment they do (racks, cables, rollers, and all the stuff the other locations have).
I absolutely love F45 and the work out I get. I am wanting to get stronger and really love the resistance training and the coaches! Always make the class really fun and help get you in the proper position. Highly recommend!
This gym is the perfect mix of fun and hard work! The workouts are challenging, but you always leave feeling amazing, sweaty, and accomplished. I love the energy, the motivation, and how great I feel after every workout. Definitely a place that pushes you to be your best!
